...All right so maybe those weren’t the exact lyrics of the When Will We Learn mawkish eco-propaganda atrocity I had to endure hearing my daughter perform in some school choir concert the other day but they do capture the general gist. Here was a bunch of cute 8 to 11 year olds being tacitly encouraged by their singing teacher to feel bad about themselves for being human and therefore responsible for the despoliation of what otherwise would be the most perfect and delightful Eden-like planet where all the creatures and plants lived together in perfect peace and harmony.
