Greens downplay climate poll result
Greens deputy leader Christine Milne said the problem with the poll was that people were not told about household compensation, which is expected to be delivered through tax cuts and pension rises.

"I think what we are seeing now is people having been affected by a very strong sceptics campaign ... (but) people are still saying `I'd still like to see some action on climate change'," Senator Milne told ABC television.
