I would make shutting down the Environmental Protection Agency a priority. It is a rogue agency that appears to think it is not accountable to Congress or the American people. Translation: Us Californians will be paying higher energy prices and part of these higher prices will be redistributed to Costa Rica, Honduras, and South America. In short, it's simply a method of North-South wealth redistribution sought after when the NIEO was in vogue.
