California thinking: Pharmacy, farmers market, artist studios, and children's playground opposed in part because the associated traffic would allegedly cause increased CO2 emissions that in turn would allegedly cause bad weather

Those are the Barlow Project, which calls for a farmers market, artist studios and children’s playground, and the proposed Laguna Vista housing project, which calls for a 145 housing units.

So there will be NO traffic if this is not built? Otherwords, the people who drive those cars will just STOP driving them. This is a matter of routing or location and nuisance, but NOTHING that would reduce or increase GHG. Sheez
