Hansen told us last NH winter that the record snow was due to a missing ice cube in the Hudson Bay. No doubt this also explains the record snow currently in the Southern Hemisphere.

The missing ice cube is a much more plausible explanation than low solar activity. How could the Sun affect weather on Earth?
