The Carbon Dioxide Debate | GreenAnswers
Over the last few weeks, I have been exposed to many different thoughts and opinions on this site. What caught my attention the most, however, was the debate surrounding carbon dioxide. I had always thought carbon dioxide was one of the largest contributors to global warming, so it was startling to me to that there were those who were in favor of even more carbon dioxide. Curious, I went online to gather facts and better understand the other side of the argument- that more carbon dioxide is better, not worse, for the Earth. I’ve taken what I learned about both sides and summarized some of them below. My goal isn’t to make any large sweeping declarations of who is right, but rather to bring some of the facts to the table so people understand the issue better.
