Estonia asks for 13.3 mln EU CO2 permits in new [climate hoax] plan | Energy & Oil | Reuters

In April, the EU Commission rejected Estonia's previous plan for 14.7 million permits for being over-generous.

The Commission first clamped down in 2007 on Estonia's plan for issuing carbon emissions permits to industry during 2008-2012 under the EU ETS, the EU's main tool for ratcheting down gases blamed for climate change.

But two years later, Poland and Estonia successfully challenged the new caps imposed by the Commission.

That move threw the carbon market into disarray as several other countries considered the possibility of haggling their emissions quotas higher.
