Australian voters love their climate swindle so much that they only oppose it two to one

Coalition and carbon support fall: Newspoll | The Australian
PUBLIC opposition to Julia Gillard's carbon tax has risen sharply after the House of Representatives passed the Clean Energy bills, with voters now against the plan by a ratio of two to one.

Although the carbon tax is assured of passing the Senate with Greens support and becoming law before Christmas, opposition to the tax has jumped six percentage points to 59 per cent in the past three months.

Support for the government's plan has fallen four points to 32 per cent in the same period, while the intensity of support has also declined.
