Even though the first day of autumn has barely passed, the annual whinge-fest about the horrors of winter has begun in earnest. "Global warming can't happen fast enough for me" is the oft-heard foolish refrain. O, Canada! The true north strong and free, my patootie. Sometimes I fear that as long as they had health care, most Canadians would prefer to live in Arizona.
