According to Coca Cola UK, each can has a carbon footprint of 170 grams of CO2. They sell about 1.6 billion servings a day, which works out to 99,280,000,000,000 grams of CO2 being generated by Coca Cola every year.

Every schoolchild in the world has been taught that Polar Bears need ice all year round to survive. This isn’t true, but the scientific community seems perfectly happy to allow this misinformation to continue to propagate.

According to Walt Meier at NSIDC, the image below shows how much summer ice there was in the Arctic sometime 5,000-10,000 years ago. My understanding is that Polar Bears did not go extinct during that time, because if they did, scientists would not be able to lie about seeing dead ones now.
