Obama asks India, China to wisen up on climate goals - The Times of India

On Wednesday, the US began a public outreach to pin the blame for inaction on emerging economies. Obama, speaking in Australia on Wednesday, said the US was doing a lot but "they've (India and China and other emerging countries have) got to take seriously their responsibilities as well".
