UPDATE 1-Europe set to revive 30 percent carbon cut debate | Reuters

 Earlier this week, Denmark's Climate and Energy Minister Martin Lidegaard said 30 percent would be politically very difficult.

But the discourse of climate change has become so debased that every view - however bizarre - is given an airing and a certain credibility. Like homeopathy and astrology, the Cardinal's pseudo-science should be ignored, and the scientific method allowed to continue, however unpalatable to some the scientific conclusions may be.
