Cold wave death toll reaches 31 : With five fresh deaths, including those of the three elderly persons in Siraha, on Tuesday, cold wave death toll has reached 31 so far.

Three persons, all of them above 50, reportedly died of extreme cold on Tuesday morning. They died because they had to sleep on cold floors without warm cloths on.
