Aren't they analyzing their information by using the temp data that comes from the small clique of scientists at the three main temp data centers?

How many climate scientists do we need? How many climate scientists can we support? The fact that climatology is such a new science in its virtual infancy probably means that there aren't "tens of thousands", but even if there were, why do we need that many and why did we set up such a gravy train? And now that the global warming models and studies that started the hysteria are being refuted more and more everyday, of what use are tens of thousands of climate scientists who all seem to have been wrong?
A 'climate scientist' is not credible as a source for info on... climate.
Yes, counter-intuitive. Well, that is the post ~1990 vintage climate scientists that, with rare exception, as I understand it, had to agree with the fabricated 'science' of the Chicken Littles before getting accepted to the club.
