Anjuli, I heard whilst in Paris last week, that some parts of the US Depts will soon be off continuing resolution including DoE. Is this correct? If so when do you reckon you might be able to issue a new contract?

I hope you are all pleased with the IPCC outcome. Those of us there were very happy, even if completely exhausted at the end of the week. The US wasn't the problem - concerns mainly came from China.
