The Common Meme Of Climate Groupies | Real Science

Reading through the comment sections of Gleick articles, the one thing that really stands out is that alarmists never discuss science. Their argument invariably consists of appeals to   some imaginary authority, and quoting wildly fraudulent statistics to back up their claims of having authority on their side.

Alarmists tend to be genuine, bona fide morons.

Ministry Of Truth Hard At Work Erasing The Past! | Real Science

HadCRUT4 will not only get rid of the unacceptable recent cooling trend, but it will also erase the 1970s ice age scare (which was promoted by their director at the time.)

I am mightily impressed by their magic of reporting 1850s temperatures within 0.001 degrees, despite the fact that they had less than 10% land coverage – shown below. Note that the US was above normal, and Europe was below normal. They have absolutely no idea what the global temperature was in 1850, but they go ahead and list it at -0.435. It could just as easily have been +0.5.

Climate fraudsters extraordinaire.

I have consistently underestimated the timing and speed of climate impacts and the level of greenhouse gas emissions that would likely cause catastrophic warming. In the 1990s, I was actually a 550 ppm guy! Now I’m a 450 ppm guy and I still may be too high...

The Shortest Lived Climate Poster Child Yet | Real Science

Colorado had a couple of dry weeks in January, and alarmist morons jumped on the Colorado skiing doomed bandwagon for a few days.
