Warmist Scott Denning: “There is a sense among climate scientists that they shouldn’t debate these guys, that it just plays into the idea that there is a debate."

If climate scolds won’t see debate, will it go away? | Debra J. Saunders | an SFGate.com blog

[Warmist] Denning told me that when he agreed to participate, a dozen or so colleagues let him know that they thought he should not attend. “There is a sense among climate scientists that they shouldn’t debate these guys, that it just plays into the idea that there is a debate.” said Denning. “I respectfully disagree.”

This is science? Consensus climate-change scientists oddly believe that if they say there is no debate, everyone will just shuffle along obediently — or should.

James Taylor found Gleick’s reason for not debating at Heartland to be disinegenous. “Maybe he can invite me to the annual benefit” of the Pacific Institute, quipped Taylor. “I’d be happy to attend.”
