Hansen Cooling Bolivia’s Past By 5C Per Century | Real Science

Reader OldOne sent this over. In GISS v3, Hansen has converted a sharp cooling trend in Bolivia into a sharp warming trend. He did this by cooling 1920-1950 3.5C, and cooling 1950-1970 1C.
