SF properties should be deemed unsellable as the current owner knows they will be underwater soon.
All low areas should be undevelopable because the owners know they will be underwater soon.
All insurance policies in the affected areas should be null and void for damage due to seawater, as rising sea-levels are "acts of God", even if CO2 is said to do it.
Gore should have his mansion by the sea declared unsellable for the reason that he, himself, said it will be underwater soon.
