Remember about 15 years ago when every weather event was alleged to be "unusual" and ascribed to El Nino? Everywhere we turned - either in the news or the corner coffee shop - El Nino was being blamed for the weather, which was supposedly "unusual." I got so sick of hearing about El Nino being to blame for every tiny thing - supposedly excess rain, lack of rain, snow, sleet, cold, heat - you name it. Now, the EXACT SAME weather is being blamed on AGW by the exact same media and society that previously blamed it on El Nino. Way back in the day, "unusual" weather was blamed on witches or Satan. We've never NOT had "unusual" weather and we've never NOT blamed it on something/someone.
