It makes no physical sense. For those that want to argue greenhouse effect, again its 1/400th  of the gasses and your trapping argument  is shot to the 4 winds by looking at 400 mb temps, where the hot spot is supposed to be,  The graph below has the past  11 years in 2 year intervals, showing the recent record low at the IPCC trapping level
