They certainly would as guilt by association is one of their favorite political weapons. Which is precisely the reason why those of us that oppose the CAGW boondoggle should not lower ourselves to this kind of behavior. Ideology is a poor companion when searching for truth. Climate realists have truth, science and economics on their side, no need for these backfiring political arguments.
