Business fears $23 carbon starting price

The $23 fixed starting price is the biggest bone of contention, with even companies positive about climate action, such as Toyota, pointing to the big gap between Australia’s carbon price and the market price under the European trading system.

“Our preference is to begin with a lower price to be consistent with ­global carbon pricing and allow us to remain cost competitive,” Toyota said in a statement.

In her time at Reid Park Zoo after transferring from SeaWorld in Orlando, Snow has seen her "chronic skin allergies" go to near-nonexistent. Orlando has its fair share of heat, but keepers credit the dry air and vitamin D as helping Snow recover from her itchy ailment.

And apparently, Snow isn't alone -- according to KVOA, the zoo's previous polar bear resident suffered from dermititis that caused her fur to fall out, but after spending some time in the southwest sun, she was healthy enough to enter a breeding program.
