Kenyan university start course on climate change
Pachauri urged the University to include governance issues since they are critical to dealing with initiatives required to meet the
challenge of climate change.He observed that given that weak governance structures exists at the global level, the university should build appropriate frameworks and structures at the national level and also strengthen governance at the local level.
