Kenya and the US governments Friday signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that will see Kenya receive US$5-M to adopt a Green economy.
Ministry of Environment Permanent Secretary Ali Mohamed told journalists in Nairobi that under the deal that runs until September 2013, Kenya will receive expertise to help enhance its low carbon emissions strategy.“Kenya and the U.S. have formalized a US$5-M agreement that will assist Kenya establish a low carbon emission regime,” Mohamed said during joint briefing with the USAID Country Director Erna Kerst.

Such BS. AGW is a mechanism for North-South redistribution of wealth. They tried this under the NIEO but failed. So, now they are shaming and scaring us into giving our wealth away.

The Third World Government Officials in Kenya just received their part of Obama's Stimulus package. Each officials bank account just grew considerably and they will all own condos in Dubai. As for going green....Meh.. They will kill off a few villages to reduce the human footprint!
