Ask him to explain (or dispute) the fact that the Venus/Earth temperature ratio, at point of equal pressure in the two atmospheres, over the range of Earth tropospheric pressures, is a constant that is precisely (precisely) explained by the ratio of the two planets' distances from the Sun, and nothing else--no other temperature effect, such as greenhouse effect, is indicated at all, even though Venus's atmosphere has over 2400 times the concentration of carbon dioxide as does Earth's atmosphere. (The "greenhouse effect" is also additive, so that the Venus/Earth temp ratio, if that effect existed, should not be a constant as observed, rather there should be an ADDED temperature in Venus's atmosphere due to Venus's much larger atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration.) Ten to one he will say, "it is just a coincidence", which means HE can't explain THAT overwhelming, and definitive, scientific fact. No climate scientist can. I demand a retraction of the climate "consensus" on the existence of the "greenhouse effect". It is scientific incompetence of the first order, and if there were any honesty in our scientific and political institutions, my simple Venus/Earth temperatures comparison would be front page news worldwide, and I should be awarded the Nobel Prize--and every other scientific award--for making the definitive fact, necessary for the correction of climate science, known to the world, before ever more billions of dollars are spent on "mitigation" of the non-existent "greenhouse effect", on the basis of those, including Mann, who are scientific incompetents.
