Summer temperatures north of 80N have been running below the long term mean for many years, and the ice there is several metres thick. How could anyone be daft enough to predict an ice-free Arctic?

Once a day I visit ClimateDepot and like to visit many of the links there, including your blog.
But I always have a strange aversion to Steven Goddard.
His posts are usually short emphatic declarative statements and yet supported by some chart with little context to it. As well, he is never linked by any of the more authoritative blogs.
I just have a hard time giving him much credibility.
He could discuss a bit more of his background, and provide a bit more context to his posts, but until then, meh.
