An interesting comparison. Apollo granted Cassandra the gift of foretelling the future, with the stipulation that her prophecies should never be believed. James Hansen has been granted - by what power I dare not guess - the gift of foretelling the opposite of the future, with the stipulation that his prophecies should be believed by too many.
