The IPCC farce continues: Chief of "policy-neutral" IPCC joins the board of Schwarzenegger public policy think-tank

India’s Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, chair of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize-winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, has joined the advisory board of a new think-tank established by former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger at the University of Southern California.

USC president C.L. Max Nikias and Schwarzenegger Aug. 2 announced the “USC Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy,” which will be housed in the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
