VIHA shouldn't have to buy carbon offsets
Jordan Bateman, the director of the B.C. division of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, thinks the B.C. government is strong-arming health authorities to take money away from the care of patients in order to meet, what he believes, are unrealistic demands.

His concern is that "$14 million in taxes - across the province" is not going to the health care of patients.
