What complete bullshit. Most of the extreme weather from the index was mild temperatures during the winter and spring. 2012 has been very quiet for hurricanes, tornadoes and floods. The guberment says that all of Colorado is having an extreme drought, which has me thinking that they must be talking about a different Colorado than the one where I live.
