PHL, Germany ink agreement on $42.2-M climate change mitigation projects
The Federal Republic of Germany and the Philippines toughened their joint stance against climate change Monday with the signing of a $42.2-million implementation agreement on projects related to the weather phenomenon.

Why doesn't Lee visit the Chicago area to see first-hand the problems that have resulted since it lost its former mile-thick covering of ice?
