Climate Change: Dying By Two Degrees
The time left to us might be very much less than 30 years...At two degrees of warming, civilization, as we know it, will end...The world simply cannot accommodate more humans, nor can it tolerate the religion of capitalism, which calls for infinite growth and consumption on a finite planet.
Major German Daily Front Page Headline: “Global Warming Keeps Us Waiting!…CO2 Over-Estimated?”
Saturday, yet another major media outlet, the Hannoversche Allgemeiene Zeitung (HAZ…Hanover’s major daily) had a front page headline! on its print edition (marked yellow above) titled: Global Warming Keeps Us Waiting!
...
Germans more than ever, now having endured 4 brutal winters in 5 years and now fighting through another wave of brutal cold and heavy snowfall, are asking: Where’s the bloody warming!
David Viner Is Now Just A Thing Of The Past « NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOW THAT
David Viner – March 2000 “within a few years winter snowfall will become "a very rare and exciting event"”. “Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,"

Dady Chery can replace AlGore.

Dying by 2 degrees by Dady Chery is an amazing piece. It includes this-

"...during the 30 years between 1980 and 2010, human activities raised the entire globe’s surface temperature by one degree Celsius (3.6 degrees Farenheit)."

WTF?!?

In Celcius, GISS=0.49, WFT=0.45, HadCRUT3=0.47, HadCRUT4=0.52, RSS=0.42, UAH=0.42, HadSST=0.42.

So the consensus says 0.46C, or 0.83F between 1980 and 2010.

She got the temperature increase wrong by a factor of 2.
She got the conversion from C to F wrong-er.

The article then spirals downhill.

Yes, I too found the article by "poet, playwright & journalist" Dady Chery a little "innacurate."

Also interesting, There was only one comment on the article that appeared and a counter that showed more than 85,000 others had been blocked. What a wonderfully efficient spam filter.
