Drill baby drill?: Even as we're constantly told the we need artificially high fossil fuel prices so that our children don't get kidney stones and dengue fever during fiery floods, IPCC chief Pachauri now worries that fossil fuel prices will be too high?

"With the economic growth, several countries will be able to import, to consume as much possible fuel they need. But, what will happen with the higher prices? The poorest countries and the poorest communities will be left literally high-and-dry," Pachauri said citing the example of fuel.
