Today, Congressman Ted Poe (TX-02) introduced the Ensuring Affordable Energy Act. This bill will prohibit federal funding for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to be used to implement or enforce a cap-and-trade program for greenhouse gases. Rep. Poe was joined by 25 original cosponsors.
