This seems odd: While CO2-induced warming has allegedly caused the Minnesota moose population to plummet since 2007, the moose population is up 143% since then on an island 18 miles away

The wolves prey mostly on moose, whose population in the park fell to about 400 in 2007. Since then, they've rebounded -- partly because so few wolves have been around to attack them -- and now total about 975.
