Who is providing the spin here – is it the media’s fault? No, it is the polar bear scientists who are misrepresenting the information in these cases. They blatantly infer that all cases of cannibalism they refer to involve starving bears killing and eating other bears – when they know for a fact that is not the case. They not only do this in interviews, but in their scientific papers as well!
