I almost feel bad for all those snowbirds who returned to Minnesota one full month too early. My definition of an optimist: a Dairy Queen franchisee in Duluth, where 102.5 inches of snow has fallen this winter. 17" still on the ground...on April 17. 23.9" in April, third snowiest on record. Good grief.
