"The study was not able to conclusively differentiate in the climatological forcing of loss changes between the natural and the man-made components of climate change. But the results are consistent with the anticipated effects of anthropogenic climate change."

You would think this statement would invalidate the one where this study, "for the first time proves" human-caused climate change is the problem, but the key words "human-caused" has been left out.

Since the general public considers "climate change" to be human-caused, a redefinition of a phenomenon to be a phenomenon-with-specific-causation, the study can be used to green effect.

Nasty.

And as pointed out, an expansion of or into poor insurance choices and/or amounts, does not get addressed. Why? Because you can't tell your investors that the management is getting worse managing your money with time.
