Prepare for less bad weather: Warmist Andrew Weaver's campaign brags about using 2x3's rather than 2x4's for their campaign signs

A Green Sign for a Green Campaign - Andrew Weaver for MLA in 2013
The large signs require lumber in order to be propped-up. We wanted to reduce the amount of lumber that was used in their construction. Past experience tells us that while 2x4’s are thicker than necessary, 2X2’s aren’t always strong enough. To strike a balance between durability and environmental impact, we went with 2x3’s.

He certainly would not use a 4X4

Makes no sense to use smaller lumber...wood is a carbon sink!
