If they did this for one month next winter, they could quickly end global warming stupidity on college campuses, and provide their students with a less useless education.
The winter and spring of 2013 have been unusually cold; the last 5 winters have been colder than normal, and so it is only natural that people are wondering if the global warming apocalypse is real after all.
