How cold was it Saturday?

It was so cold that Milwaukee tied the record for the lowest high temperature on July 27 -- the thermometer climbed to only 64 degrees, the average overnight low for this time of year, according to WTMJ-TV (Channel 4) meteorologist Jesse Ritka.
