Vermont Gov. Peter Shumlin suggests that if you don't believe that CO2 causes bad weather, you've been smoking dope

“We have more of it coming,” Shumlin said of the intensified weather events he attributed to climate change. “It is going to make your jobs more difficult.”

He didn’t shy away from what has been a controversial, sometimes partisan issue when he told the crowd, “Anyone who believes that climate change isn’t real, they have been to Washington (state) or Colorado.” His reference was to two states that have legalized the sale of marijuana.
