A local Democrat running for the House of Delegates is touting the endorsement of a climate change researcher who's taken an active role in Virginia's 2013 statewide races three years after Ken Cuccinelli targeted him in an ultimately fruitless fraud investigation.
Bill Fleming is the only state legislative candidate endorsed so far by former University of Virginia professor Michael Mann, an academic noteworthy for his global warming studies.
