The Pain Is Just Beginning For Arctic Alarmists | Real Science
Not only did Arctic ice make a spectacular recovery this year, but the remaining ice is relatively thick and the water is cold.

A year from now there will be a huge increase in the amount of multi-year ice in the western Arctic, and then alarmists are going to be completely screwed.
Final Score : Amundsen 10 Mainstream 1 | Real Science
The Mainstream rowers (blue dashed line below) made it almost one tenth as far as Amundsen (brown line below) through the Northwest Passage.
Of course Amundsen also devoted a huge amount of time to scientific research, exploration and map making.
Exhorting The Rowers | Real Science
The rowers gave up before they proved that global warming has melted the Arctic

They really have no reason to quit though, as their vessel is equipped with solar panels which will guide them through the Arctic winter darkness.
Beginning With The End In Mind – MainStream Last First
I know I am ready to get this done now and get to Cambridge Bay. We were chatting about this earlier today and we’re all on the same page.

Depending on the weather, we’re anything from 2 to 5 days out. At this stage, we should know better not to try and plan how long anything up here will take but with the end so close it’s hard not to. The temperature has dropped off a bit over the last few days so a real bed, a hot shower and a warm meal sound very appealing right about now….
