Obummer's a dead duck, going nowhere and useless president. Kerry is trying the impossible and stateside the Chicago kid presses for green legislation and with an eye on a world deal in France at next UNEP-IPCC jamboree in Paris - world climate change deal would provide him with some sort of legacy.
Europe is mired, sunk in recession, some idiots in charge have twigged this might be to do with wasting €Trillions on renewable energy boondoggles. So kicking and screaming the Brussels politburo is slowly disassembling its flagship green lunatic empire.
