If it is cheaper than coal, what is the subsidy for?
You are misunderstanding the statement. It is the subsidy that makes wind cheaper than coal.
What about the omnibus budget they just passed? The motto seems to be "We have to pass it to see what is in it." Has anyone read it yet? They are sure to have all sorts of pork in there.
