Everything I know about Civic Enterprises LLC is contained in the links above. Maybe there was nothing notable about their role, but I'd still be interested in finding out exactly what the sentence in bold (above) actually means.

I still can't get over Mary Scott and the Ivory-billed Whisperer. What with www.fishcrow.com and now Mary Scott seances, I feel like we are the butt of a humongus and well orchestrated practical joke. And we are the only ones not in on it.
And now Tom asks about a Washington based policy wonk company that is helping to guide data collection on IBWO's.

making money and going to swanky
affairs....they are milking this for all it is worth. There 10 seconds of fame in the grand scheme of things.

lab of O is going to take down
the "FOUND!" poster on their
web site and at CLO sapsucker woods.
Personally, I have no interest in writing the book, but I'd support the efforts of someone else willing to tackle that project...
