So if I understand correctly, Spencer is suggesting that the water vapor feedback loops are an artifact of the measurement process, and that their existence is at best unproven. If true, and if the sort of measurement process he suggests proves either that they do not exist, are negative where theory says they should be positive, or that they are otherwise different from hypothesized, its a big bang. Its at least as big a bang as the demolition of the hockey stick.
You cannot have alarming AGW without feedback loops. This is going to get very interesting in the next little while.
