The Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, in partnership with Seattle Public Utilities, seeks up to four artists to each develop, produce, perform and/or install a temporary public artwork that addresses the impact of climate change on water supply and drainage utilities.

Up to eight finalists will each receive $500 for proposals. Up to four artists will be selected to develop a temporary public artwork. Project budgets will range from $8,000 to $15,000 per artist.
